PROFESSIONAL DOG SQUAD
ELITE Security shortly shall extend the services of its Dog-Squad for Anti-Sabotage checks of Public places of Functions, Conference Venues, Auditoriums, Corporate Head Quarters, Manufacturing Plants and Material Stores.
RECRUITMENT STANDARD
The company as a policy recruits only those candidates who fulfills the following stander set by the ELITE force :-
Ø Minimum qualification of security guard 10th pass
Ø Age limit 19 to 35 years.
Ø A minimum of 5’ 8’’tall and has a good bearing
Ø Weighing between 54 and 70 kg ‘s
Ø Capable of communicating in English, Hindi and Telugu
TRAINING : We have an expert Training Team of Ex Services Men who shall conduct extensive Training to the Guards while they are enrolled. We are also establishing a Training School in Hyderabad manned by Ex-Defense officers to provide basic training to the newly recruited guards. Our main subjects of training includes Basic Training on security, Drill and Turnout, Guests Handling, Reception and Telephone related duties, Industrial Security, Fire-Fighting and prevention, handling of contingencies and crisis management etc.

Ø We have Manager Ops, Field Officers based at major locations responsible for complete operational activities of the concerned areas.
Ø We have the mobile patrol Car available to meet any contingent requirements or as per specific demand of the client.
Ø Availability of 24 hours manned Security Control Room to respond to client management as well as the guards deployed.
Ø Special service to our clients, a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring Report (SIMR) on monthly basis

EXISTENCE OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS DIVISION :ELITE Security is equipped with independent Technical Systems Division to meet client’s technical requirements like Electronic Access Control Systems, CCTV and Surveillance System, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm systems, Sprinklers systems, PA Systems etc.
SURPRISE INSPECTION :To ensure high degree of alertness, a system of surprise checks has been instituted. ELITE Security’s system of Internal Audit is directly under the General Manager (Ops) of Hyderabad, who ensures prompt action for smooth functioning. Manager Operations check all posts day/ night of their zones at least once in a week. Apart from the daily Day & Night checks by field officers.
SUPERVISION :ELITE Security takes pride in providing a special service to our clients, a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring Report (SIMR) on monthly basis. We have a dedicated force of Field Officers who carry out checking of all posts daily, Supervisors render a regular report on the performance of each post.
ROTATION OF GUARDS :To preclude the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated on regular basis. However, in case of specific request from the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time (which is not recommended, but at clients discretion).
OUR STANDARDS : We have laid down our standards at ELITE Security, a company policy towards achieving them, which has also become a part of our very ethics. It is in step with us to be the “Best” rather then the “Biggest” in the competitive market.
We as a policy do not supply guards at random. We insist that they should be inducted as a viable team after Security Survey / Audit / Recommendations.
We pay the best salaries in the industry and follow all statutory norms of the State Governments with out any deviations.
Individual dossier of each guard is maintained at our Office with the Operation Managers & Respective Site Incharge and the guard’s performance is being reviewed fortnightly.
